Our Faith and Body Challenge ministry is a group dedicated to help improve their health with light movement and stretching, and encouraging each other through faith.

What type of exercise will you be doing?

The movement will be low impact, such as walking or low impact aerobics. The stretching will always have a seated option, so don’t worry we won’t make you get on the floor.
Do I need to bring my own floor mat?

We will provide some mats, but if you have one, please do bring it.
Will there be childcare?

At this time no, but if there is a need, we will do our best to find some. Please let Sherri know your needs.
Is there a weigh in each week?

No, but you may want to track your starting weight. This is optional, but if you do, we can celebrate the successes of the group.
